Initially intended to include a book of photographs and text, but this never appeared.

Standard UK release may exist in 3 versions (official confirmation needed); one with white embossed lettering on the front and back covers, and a Garrod & Lofthouse imprint on the back cover. Plus another regular version sans embossing and sans the Garrod & Lofthouse imprint. The last version is a double LP in a white sleeve with blue writing with labels to match.
