Besonders der Platz 1 von HARVEST überrascht mich, obwohl ich es selbst sehr stark höre, liegt es doch bei mir deutlich hinter EXILE.--
"i tell all my friends that i'm bound for heaven, and if it ain't so you can't blame me for living" Thank You, Jason!Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers & Exile On Main St. sind nur unwesentlich in meiner Gunst gesunken (alle jeweils * * * * *), hier haben sich im Laufe der letzten Jahre nur jeweils neue Platzierungen innerhalb des Jahrgangs ergeben. Nur Steel Wheels und A Bigger Bang haben bei mir drastisch an Boden verloren, mit jeweils * * * 1/2 spielen sie im entsprechenden Jahrgang kaum mehr eine Rolle und befinden sich außerhalb der Top 20.

Bis 2004 liegen wir äußerst eng zusammen; auch wenn Deine Nr.1-Alben es bei mir nicht ganz an die Spitze schaffen, gibt es kaum ein Album in Deiner Liste, dass ich nicht auch sehr gut fände. 2005 trennt es sich, „Picaresque“ fand ich okay, aber nicht überragend, mit dem „Crane Wife“ habe ich mich nach der relativen Enttäuschung mit dem Vorgänger nicht näher befasst. „Big Big Train“ ist mir nicht bekannt – könnte ich die mögen?

Eine etwas verzerrende Liste, die anzufertigen aber eben auch ihren Reiz hatte. Die Dominanz von DCD ist mir so erst richtig bewusst geworden. Vor 67′ habe ich zwar eine Reihe an Alben, allerdings bei weitem nicht genug, um einen Favoriten auszuwählen.
Fazit: Die Jahre 2000 bis heute sind mir mit Abstand die wichtigsten.

Von 1964 hab ich noch keine Jahrgangsliste angefertigt. Da wollte ich vorher nochmal in einige Alben reinhören. „A Hard Day’s Night“ ist sicher einer der aussichtsreichsten Aspiranten für die Pole Position.
