Das ist eine sehr schöne Liste, Mikko. Die meisten Stücke davon kenne ich. Einiges davon (z.B. Deine Nummern 4 und 5) möchte ich gerne noch kennen lernen. Netterweise hast Du ja dafür einen Link in Deiner Liste.
Bzgl. der Überschneidungen mit meiner Liste finde ich interessant, dass Du einige Singles doch ganz anders bewertest als ich (z.B. She’s Got Standards noch vor Repeated Offender und Bang, Bang You’re Dead relativ weit hinten).

Ich verstehe gar nicht, daß Wild Blue Yonder hier so ein hohes Ansehen genießt. Sicher kein schlechtes Lied, bestimmt aber die schwächste Weller-Single seit Jahren.

Mich wundert, dass du Albert Hammond Jr. als so gut empfindest, bei mir kommt er nicht über die **1/2 hinweg.

Die stärkste? Sagen wir lieber: die erträglichste. Das wäre dann „By The Way“ (* * 1/2). Die Tracks von „Stadium Arcadium“ liegen im Durchschnitt deutlich darunter, „Dani California“ bei * 1/2. Nuff said.

Vergessen: „Breaking The Girl“ ist hübsch.
