"Kunst ist schön, macht aber viel Arbeit" (K. Valentin)Kannte den Song bisher nur von Ann Peebles und Tina Turner und finde beide Versionen umwerfend. Diese hier ist ganz anders und eher nicht so meins.

schnief schnief di schneufWenn ich nochmal mein Teenager-Ich ins Spiel bringen darf: ich fand die zwei Alben von Wilson auf BN damals ja total kommerziell … statt dass sie anständig Jazz singt (wie auf dem Standards-Album „Blue Skies“, das ich damals auch schon kannte – und mochte) macht sie so Pop-Zeugs … aber klar, die Worte von friedrich zu dem Album sind viel passender als was ich damals dachte … ich hab die CDs („Blue Light ‚Til Dawn“ und „New Moon Daughter“, das ein paar Jahre später folgte) seit den späten 90ern in meinem Bestand und hab sie auch damals, als ich noch recht rege Zeug eintauschte, nie weggegeben – weil da eben doch einiges drauf war, was mich immer schon fasziniert hat.
