– aber gehört hab ich’s … gut möglich allerdings, dass ich dazu damals nichts schrieb. Ich mag auch den Nachfolger noch besser, daraus hören wir dann auch noch was.--

Das Sax-Soli hier, mit total klarer Phrasierung, maximal entspannt und doch vollkommen in the pocket, sind Seelenverwandte von Blue Mitchells Trompetensolo im Opener vorhin. Grosse Kunst, die bei oberflächlichem Hören sehr unspektakulär wirkt.

Und die Percussion (Congas?) ist definitiv zu gut, als dass das einer der Saxer nebenher macht (zudem hört man die auch, wenn beide spielen).
