Jetzt schon 62 Jahre Rock 'n' RollkeksofenNa ja. Ein wenig erfroiliches Umfeld.
Neben den Buzzcocks und den Stiff Little Fingers sind auch mir unbekannte Bands namens „Iron Cross“ (mit entsprechendem Logo) und „Produzenten der Froide“ dabei.Die Bay City Rollers sind ausdrücklich als Eric Faulkner’s Bay City Rollers angekündigt.
Les McKeown wird dann wohl nicht dabei sein.Iron Cross ist eine alte amerikanische Hardcore-Oi Band aus Washington D.C. Du kennst bestimmt den Song „Crucified“ von Agnostic Front, der ist im Original von Iron Cross, die allerdings ziemlich langweilig musikalisch sind und wohl nur aus dem Grund bekannt wurden weil sie eine der ersten Glatzenbands im Amiland waren.

„GGG“ war 75 schon auf dem Album Trouble zu hören, der Hinweis „taken from the LP“ könnte – wie so oft – die frühere Labelangabe erklären, die ja nicht das Datum der Veröffentlichung ausweist. Hier habe ich den Track jedenfalls erst 76 als Single gehört.

Also wenn die Single erst im März als Follow Up des #2-Hits Glass Of Champagne in die UK-Charts gelangte, wird sie auch erst 76 rausgekommen sein.

So sehe ich das auch. Aber gleich kommt einer und belegt Dir, dass sie 75 als Promo in Neuseeland erschienen ist

Glas Of Champagne ist auch erst Anfang Dezember in die UK-Charts eingestiegen und war 12 Wochen drin.
Alles andere als eine Veröffentlichung als Nachfolgesingle ergibt keinen Sinn für GGG.--
