Schwer zu beurteilen. Im UK wurden Pic Sleeves erst Ende der 70er Standard und waren dann zumindest in der Indie-Szene z.T. echte Kunstwerke. Auch in den USA wurden Pic Sleeves erst in den 70ern allgemein üblich. Deutsche Pic Sleeves der 60er sind ein wenig hit and miss. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass man in den Niederlanden etwas konsistenter war in der Qualität.
