Ich meinte: Während Blackmore mit Deep Purple dort aufnahm, arbeitete er schon heimlich an seinem neuen Projekt. Ich hatte das mal ein einer Purple Universe Sendung erzählt.

Beim Konzert 1977 hatte mich vor allem Cozy Powell fassungslos gemacht, völlig irre der Typ. Positiv natürlich, ein Tier am Schlagzeug.

Ja, das war aber das erste Rainbow Album, Rising war das zweite.

Was vielleicht ein kleines bisschen an Blackmore gelegen haben könnte.
Es war aber fast üblich, z.B. bei Whitesnake und MSG sah das nicht viel anders aus.

Ich war kurz draußen, 4 gesehen. Gaby wohl mindestens 1 Dutzend, hatte dann aber auch einen steifen Hals.

Ich habe ihn später mit Whitesnake gesehen. Eine Urgewalt. Sein Drumstick hat mich zum Schluß leider knapp verfehlt und wurde zu meinem Ärger dann das Souvenir eines anderen.
