Irgendwie finde ich diese Musik durch die Bank nicht original… das klingt alles wie die 60er.
Passt doch, da liegen ja auch die Wurzeln des Garage!
Mich irritieren immer wieder Sounds, die über Jahrzehnte museal konserviert werden…

Eben, XTC wollten einen Schlenker unter anderem Namen machen, der sehr Sixties-inspiriert war.

Ersetze »konserviert« durch »weiterentwickelt und perfektioniert«! Ein Stil muss doch mal 20 oder 30 Jahre reifen dürfen, bevor man – sorry – eine neue Sau durchs Dorf treibt.

Ich finde, das wird dieser Musik überhaupt nicht gerecht und höre da viel mehr als Konserven. Und das Rad muss auch nicht jedes Jahr neu erfunden werden.
