Yep. Die Resterampe bei den Stones strahlt manchmal so hell. Wenn ich alleine an „Plundered my soul“ denke. Solch ein Titel schlummerte fast 40 Jahre unveröffentlicht im Archiv. Unglaublich.

You can't beat two guitars, bass and drums - Lou ReedDer Buddy Guy Track gefällt mir sehr. Aber gegen Hendrix…der elektrisiert mich ja jedes Mal! Sollte ich meine Plattensammlung jemals erheblich verkleinern müssen, die drei Alben der Hendrix-Experience müssen um jeden Preis bleiben.

Ich mochte diesen Phil Spector-Zuckerguß auf dem Album nicht sonderlich.

Aber gegen Hendrix…der elektrisiert mich ja jedes Mal! Sollte ich meine Plattensammlung jemals erheblich verkleinern müssen, die drei Alben der Hendrix-Experience müssen um jeden Preis bleiben.
Buddy Guy ist ein Spitzenmusiker der über Jahrzehnte im Schnitt immer eine Solideleistung abgeliefert hat und noch heute auftreten kann. Das hat was, würde ich sagen.
