John Lennon thought 4th Time Around was a parody of Norwegian Wood. I asked
Dylan about it, recalls Cooper. Dylan said „Actually Norwegian Wood sounds a
lot like this (4th time around). I am afraid they took it from me, and I feel
that I have to, y‘ know, record it“. Evidently he played it for them and they’d
nicked it! I asked if he was worried about getting sued by the Beatles and he
just said „They couldnt sue me!“
